I’m looking for working mums and dads who are struggling with their work / life balance and are looking to make a positive change with the help of their children!

Do you or your partner work too hard?

Are you struggling with your work / life balance?

Are your kids always moaning that you’re home late?

Love Productions would like to talk to parents and their children aged between 8 - 17 who are ready to make some changes to their schedules.

If you think your child would have some funny and interesting opinions on how they would change your work / life balance, please get in touch.

This is research for a TV programme in development and is not for broadcast.

For a no-commitment chat, please call Jenny on 020 7067 4867 or email.

Case studies for the NSPCC's 'Your Family' magazine

Have you changed your life for your kids?

Freelance writer currently looking for case studies for the NSPCC's 'Your Family' magazine.

The feature is about parents who've changed an aspect of their lives - lost weight, stopped smoking, given up work or set up a new business from home, moved to the country from the city, learned to read, fought an addiction, or generally turned their life around - for their kids.

I'm looking for parents of children aged 0-8 who'd be interested in taken part. Role involves a short telephone/email interview and for you to provide a snapshot of you and your children.

If you think you can help, email me.

Case studies wanted for: A Practical book for working mums.

I am a working mum (actually working in training and development not journalism!) and I am a passionate exponent of working hard to have my cake and eat it. In my early days of being a parent I took on the job of 'Chair' of my local NCT group in order to put something back into the community. Now my children are older I want to do something more to support other mums as they too think about going back to work and resuming their career.

So, in conjunction with a fellow mum our 2008 goal is all about writing a practical book for working mums looking at real life examples of mums who still want a career across all sectors and industries in order to demonstrate the art of the possible for future working mums. We are all role models for what we do!

I am looking for any mums who would be willing case studies.

Kind regards
Nicki Seignot

Working with a senior producer for the BBC, we are looking for a mum to feature in a Breakfast TV business programme.

They are working up a story idea which requires a business that would appreciate a sort of motivational/operational makeover. Sort of Mary Queen of Shops, but more focused on business development and staffing and team management, than about fashion retail.

It will be fronted by someone from this year's Apprentice, and would require a few days filming, and possibly a live studio interview too.

Obviously it would be great publicity for whichever business took part, but they would have to be pretty open about letting our expert help them.

It doesn't have to be a retail store, it can be any kind of business, but we'd be looking at team work and leadership and motivation and seating plans and so on - that's a bit difficult with just one self-employed person.

It doesn't have to be a mum, but there are lots more issues to think about with working mums, which could make it much better telly

If you could be what we’re looking for or can think of anyone who might like to take part, please let us know.
